Should I Update My Kitchen Before Listing?

Things to Consider in a Turn of the Century Home

September 4, 2019 by Rob

I got to sit down with Gene Brake, and he had some wonderful listing advice for anyone getting ready to list a turn of the century home. The question he gets all the time, as mentioned in the title, is “Should I update my kitchen.”

I feel like this is really great advice. I also wish as a culture we wouldn’t wait until we were moving out of a home to fix it up, so this wouldn’t even be a question.
